The View from Up Here

Today we visited the historic lighthouse at St. Augustine. I've seen this light from the ocean, hove to waiting for daylight so we could come in the inlet. This light was dimmed during WWII to make it more difficult for the Germans. I guess lighthouses shine on the allies and enemies alike.
